Isaiah 61 - Our Biblical Mandate

Justice Reigns is rooted in the call of Isaiah 61—to proclaim liberty to the captives, to bind up the brokenhearted, and to bring restoration where there has been devastation. That calling is carried out through the mandate of Psalm 82:3–4:

“Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”

This is what it means for justice to reign—through action, protection, and deliverance. What we are witnessing today is the outworking of that mandate through real lives being rescued, restored, and set free.

This work reflects the call of the Great Commission to “go into all the world,” advancing justice wherever exploitation exists.
